Step 1 - Melting Mixing Fixing

Melt 1 cup of chocolate in a double boiler and cool. Take your counter top mixer to your counter. Break the egg whites in it, add salt and whisk until it foams. Continue mixing by adding powdered sugar. Add the chocolate that you have melted and cooled to the boiler and add it to your mixer.

Step 2 - Mixing Dripping

Sift corn starch and cocoa into your ready mortar and mix them with a spatula. Add the drip chocolate into the cookie mortar and continue mixing with the spatula.

Step 3 - Throwing to OVEN!

Then tear off the small pieces, smear them with powdered sugar and place them on your baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes. Cool and serve.
