600 g. Feta Cheese
Half a Bunch Parsley
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Bottle Mineral Water 200 ml.

For the inner mortar, mash 600 g of white cheese with a fork. Add the finely chopped parsley and mix. Mix 4 egg whites, 2 glasses of milk and 1 finger less olive oil in a bowl for a mixture that will make the pastry even more delicious. Mix 4 egg yolks well in a smaller bowl with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar.

Step 1 - The Beginning

Step 2 - The Shaping

Granulated sugar will help the pastry to get a little more beautiful color. Then, open the dough on the counter and moisten it with milk mortar. Remember, you will divide the entire mortar into 6 dough. Before you sprinkle this mortar into the dough, you must mix it so that only the oil does not come, as the oil will rise on it. Take 1 handful of cheese from the inside and sprinkle it all by hand. If there are large pieces in between, it is useful to aspirate. Then roll the dough loosely at the two ends towards the center. Step 3 - Dear friend OVEN!

It will be a shriveled and plentiful pie. There will be a separate snap when each fold is cooked. Make the remaining 5 pastries in the same way and place them on the tray. If you wish, you can cut the pastry with 6 slices transversely after stacking. So it will be bite when cooked. Bake for 20 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven that runs under the top and fan, and pour 1 bottle of mineral water over the pastry. After another 20 minutes of cooking this way, your pastry is ready.
