Directions
Put the eggs in a small saucepan. Boil over high heat in a medium-sized stove. Put your ceiling on the stove and heat it. Finely chop your onions and start roasting the onions in olive oil over high heat.

Step 1 - Prepare the Surprise!Put the eggs in a small saucepan. Boil over high heat in a medium-sized stove. Put your ceiling on the stove and heat it. Finely chop your onions and start roasting the onions in olive oil over high heat. After the onions soften slightly, cut the bottom of the pan, add half the minced meat to the pan and fry it thoroughly with all the spices. Mix the roasted minced meat with raw ground beef in a mixing bowl and create a semi-raw mixture. When your egg starts to boil, cut the gold for 5 minutes and continue cooking the egg. |

Fry the egg dumplings you prepared first in flour and then in the last oil in the pan and fry it in the oil. Take your fried meatballs on a plate with a napkin and separate them from the excess oil. Cut your meatballs in half lengthwise and serve them. |
