Step 1 - Classic Meatballs

For the meatballs; In a deep bowl, knead minced meat, grater onion, grater garlic, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper and allspice. Cut and roll egg-sized pieces from the dumplings you knead and pit the middle. Then place the dumplings on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.

Step 2 - Hasanpasa's Sauce

For porridge; Chop the potatoes in large pieces and boil. Strain the boiled potatoes and put them in a bowl. Add milk, butter, grated cheddar cheese, nutmeg, salt and white pepper and mash it with the help of a grinder. For the sauce; Put a sauce pot on the stove and heat it. Add olive oil and tomato paste and mix. Add warm water and click until you get a sauce.

Step 3 - The Combination

Fill the meatballs with the help of a groin with mashed potatoes and place them on your oven tray again. Pour the tomato sauce you prepared on your baking tray. Sprinkle grated cheddar on mashed potatoes and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the cheese melts.
