Directions
Take your flour in a mixing bowl, open the middle and add water in it. Add salt and mix with a fork. When your dough is ready to be kneaded, put it on a flat surface and knead it. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

Step 2 - The MortarChop the onions into small pieces. In a mixing bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, salt and pepper. |

Step 3 - PreparationDivide the resting dough into 10 pieces (75 gr.) And roll each piece in your hand. Open each piece about the size of a dinner plate. You can use a little flour to avoid sticking when opening it. Put melted butter between the doughs you rolled and put them on top of each other in 5 layers. Roll out the dough you put on top of each other with the help of a roller. Then grow your dough a little more by pulling it with your hand. |

Step 4 - Carefully PiecedArrange the dough you rolled out into 5 cm wide strips. Spread it longitudinally in the mortar with minced meat and turn it around two rotations and cut it 3 finger widths. Fold the dough you have cut in half, combine it from the bottom and place it on the ovenware that you greased with butter.
