4 Tablespoon Flour
5 Cups Milk

Step 1 - The Boiling Phase

Add water to your pot and bring it to a boil. Add salt into your boiling water, add your pasta and boil it. Filter the water of your boiled pasta.

Step 2 - Bechamel Phase

Add the butter in a pot and melt. Add flour over melted butter and fry. Slowly add the milk on your roasted flour and cook by stirring continuously until it gets a consistency. Add salt, white pepper (if not black pepper) and grated nutmeg and mix.

Step 4 - A visit to OVEN!

Take your Béchamel, which has a slightly fluid consistency, from the stove, add the grated cheddar cheese and mix until the cheese melts. Add your boiled macaroni into this cheese béchamel, mix well and transfer to your glass ovenware. Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on it and cook it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until it is browned. Serve hot.
